GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


Basic instructions

  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited & the presenter will be disqualified if found guilty of plagiarism.
  • The Post graduate students shall have to submit a certificate of original and bonafide work of the student/s before their abstract is considered for the conference.
  • Author (HOD in case of Postgraduate students) are responsible for the content in the final submission of scientific presentation.
  • One person can present only one paper as a lead presenter however they can be co-presenter in others.
  • Any mismatch in the registration form and abstract submission form will invite an disqualification.
  • Only abstracts submitted within the specified deadline will be considered for audio-visual presentation by the Scientific Committee.
  • All abstract will be reviewed by a team of blinded reviewers and notification of acceptance will be sent by email.
  • Abstract once submitted cannot be corrected. However, if you wish to make minor changes, you have to personally mail on scientific.saapd@gmail.com.
  • The abstract should not be previously published elsewhere or presented in any other conference before.

Instruction for Abstract

  • The details of presenting author such as contact details: email address, full postal address, phone number.
  • The abstract category, type and form of presentation should be mentioned. The details are as follows.

  • Retrospective Studies
  • Laboratory/ In vitro Studies
  • Case Studies
  • Other Reviews

TYPE:

  • Faculty
  • Private Practitioner
  • PG Student

FORM:

  • Paper
  • E-Poster

LANGUAGE:

  • English
  • Font size: 12
  • Font type: Times New Roman
  • Spacing: Single line
  • A short title no more than 25 words.
  • Abstract text not more than 250 words.
  • Structured abstracts are mandatory for category of original research and preferred in case of other categories.
  • References are not obligatory in abstracts.
  • Tables or figures are not allowed in the abstract.
  • The abstract as well as the undertaking form (duly signed by presenter) & by HOD in case of PG Student, should be submitted in pdf format.
